FUNCTION: The Senior Software Engineer develops high-quality software, identifies and executes tasks in the software development life cycle, reviews and debugs code, collaborates with internal teams, and ensures software is updated with the latest technology release. Creates solutions to technical issues by discussing projects with internal teams. Creates and maintains documentation regarding infrastructure, architecture, and standards. Designs and implements CI/CD solutions. Releases management of CareDirector. Works with current Information Technology team (TIS department) regarding application environments and enterprise licenses.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications for CareDirector implementation.
  • Collaborate with management, departments, and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications.
  • Produce efficient and elegant code based on requirements.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software.
  • Compile and assess user feedback to improve software performance
  • Develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects
  • Ensure system structure, functionality, and data security features to prevent data sharing of client information (PII - Personal Identifying Information, PHI - personal health Information and HIPAA) to unauthorized users
  • Ensure regular and consistent system availability during traditional working hours (7 am -5 pm)


Qualification Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering or a related field
  • 6 - 8 years of experience as a software engineer with a proven track record of technical leadership
  • Development, implementation, consultancy, data migration, and support for latest Dynamics versions of Microsoft Dynamics
  • Customer Relation Management (CRM) knowledge with 5 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics on Premise development
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team
