Technical Skills:
- Experience with Prod support.
- Experience in Azure.
- Must have Appinsights, App Services, Analytics,- APIM, Key-vaults, Blob storage, Identity and Access Management.
- Experience with MSAL.
- Experience with using authentication, authorization, Graph API, OAuth.
- Good in SQL Server.
- Experience C#., .NET Core, Web API.
- Monitoring applications and infrastructure alerts and reacting quickly.
- Recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate repeat production issues.
- Taking ownership and responding to open support issues quickly.
- Closing open support issues by adhering to the production support service level agreements.
- Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to ensure success.
- Work independently with very minimum supervision.
- Work with clients and deliver quickly.
- Expert in Prod Support.
- Expert in Azure PAAS and App Insights.
