Role Details

As a/an Senior Portfolio Engineer & Team Lead, you will (be):

  • Lead manager for Fixed Income ETFs
  • Determine optimal portfolio strategy to minimize tracking error to index
  • Determine optimal hedging strategy (FX or rates) where applicable
  • Work closely with trading desk to determine optimal execution strategies
  • Contribute to product development process along with senior team members
  • Client-facing representative for Fixed Income Portfolio Management team
We are looking for:
  • At least 10 years experience in Fixed Income Portfolio Management
  • ETF or Index-tracking portfolio management experience preferred
  • Derivatives knowledge a plus
  • Ability to work within small team in a high growth environment
  • Knowledge of Aladdin a plus
  • Knowledge of Factset or other risk/attribution software a plus
  • Advanced Degree or CFA a plus

The salary range for this position in New York is $156,000 to $264,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
