Job Details Department: IT Enterprise Applications Employment type: Part?time Salary Range: $68,750 Location: South Carolina, United States Job Summary Were looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Student Systems team in supporting the Ellucian Banner Student Information System (SIS) and related applications (BDMS, Degree Works, ePrint, FormFusion). This role partners with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions, resolve complex issues, and lead system upgrades, integrations, and special projects. Responsibilities Support and enhance Banner SIS and related applications. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system issues. Consult with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions. Lead testing and implementation for upgrades and special projects. Maintain clear documentation and follow best practices in incident/change management. Collaborate with team members to standardize processes and ensure system reliability. Qualifications Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Strong knowledge of student systems (Banner experience preferred). Excellent problem?solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with testing, documentation, and system upgrades. Preferred Experience Experience with BDMS, Degree Works, ePrint, or FormFusion. Knowledge of higher?education business processes. Familiarity with ITIL practices. Additional Requirements At least 5 years of experience supporting the Ellucian Student Information System, Banner 9.x, in a higher?education institution. Previous experience with Banner Workflow, Ellucian Degree Works, Atomic/UC4 job scheduling, and ServiceNow. Ability to create SQL queries.
