Sr Financial Analyst

Overview:

Dignity Health Mercy San Juan Medical Center is a 370-bed not-for-profit Level 2 Trauma Center located in Carmichael California serving the areas of north Sacramento County and south Placer County for more than 50 years. Manages, performs, develops, compiles and implements timelycomprehensive financial planning/forecasts, controls and complex analysis.

• Mentors and supports team members in the development of their knowledge and professional skills.
• Completes month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities related to cash management, tax and audit, including preparing the appropriate audit work papers for such activities.
• Creates and utilizes automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results for both internal and external
  use.
• Performs accounting functions for the organization, including record keeping and reporting.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree or five (5) years of related job or industry experience in lieu of the degree.
• Minimum of two (2) years analytical and accounting experience.
