Objetivo del puesto:

Bajo la direccin general, limpiar y mantener todas las alfombras y las superficies duras y, a la vez, garantizar un mantenimiento preventivo adecuado para los equipos especiales de piso. Debe poder conducir un vehculo de la compaa.

Tareas y responsabilidades esenciales:
  • Realizar todas las tareas asignadas de manera profesional
  • Realizar la limpieza y el mantenimiento de todos los pisos, que incluye pisos de cermica, alfombras y pisos de ladrillo
  • Realizar las asignaciones de trabajo de manera oportuna
  • Utilizar los productos qumicos y suministros apropiados segn las polticas y los procedimientos
  • Aprovechar y mantener los equipos de piso segn corresponda
  • Aplicar las precauciones de seguridad en todo momento; usar seales de seguridad de "piso mojado"
  • Posibilidad de trabajar sin supervisin normal
  • Informar sobre riesgos de seguridad cuando sean identificados
  • Conducir con seguridad un vehculo de la compaa
Conocimientos y habilidades requeridos:
  • Ttulo de escuela secundaria
  • Mnimo de (1) ao de experiencia comercial relacionada
  • Slidas habilidades de comunicacin
  • Debe estar dispuesto a trabajar las horas asignadas
  • Tener licencia de conducir y antecedentes de conduccin de buenos a excelentes
