Employment Type:Full timeShift:Evening ShiftDescription:Employment Type: Full Time Shift: EveningsPosition Purpose:Performs cleaning tasks to insure a clean environment for all customers of Mercy Medical Center North Iowa and it affiliates. Customer service skills are also essential for this position.What you will Do:Cleans and replenishes supplies and needle boxes in assigned areas based on route descriptions including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, disinfecting and emptying trash following established guidelines to maximize productivity.Engage with internal and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction.Disposes and recycles trash as designated by route descriptions.Washes and makes beds and/or stretchers and washes utensils as required by route assignments.Arranges furniture in an orderly fashion.Washes walls and windows, cleans vents and lights.Hours/Schedule: Full Time 40 hours per week - EveningsMinimum Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent preferredPosition Highlights and Benefits:Education Assistance offeredEffective Day 1 Benefit Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, and more) for positions 16 hours per week or greaterCompetitive wages; including weekend and night differentialsGenerous paid time off programRetirement Savings program with employer match starting on Day 1Ministry/Facility Information:MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center provides expert health care to 15 counties.MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center is a 342 bed, regional referral teaching hospital in Mason City, Iowa.
