**LEAD BARISTA - MANAGER**

**Job description**

Coffeeville Company is seeking an experienced Barista to join our team for the position of LEAD BARISTA/MANAGER. The position will be responsible for the highest level of professionalism of all our coffee & tea products. Duties will include; managing Baristas, register and drive-thru staff.

**Experience and qualifications:**

At least 1 years of experience in specialty coffee industry.

Excellent management skills and ability to self-direct.

Ability to creatively troubleshoot difficult situations.

POS and cash handling experience.

Be able to train coffee sector employees to maintain and sustain company policies.

Cultivate a professional, friendly, efficient work environment.

Well-organized and detail-oriented.

Lead staff meetings.

High degree of ethics with customer service.

Work varied hours/days based on business needs.

Passion for QUALITY and love of coffee.
