Requirements Welding certifications that demonstrate the ability to repair heavy equipmentExperienced welding with all basic steel materialsMachining and line boring experience a mustCapable of running and managing a complete machine shopCapable of reading basic blueprintsThe ability to effectively document work performedThe ability to visualize and design custom projectsCapable of performing duties without direct supervisionA good driving record along with all basic tools required for the positionAbility to perform routine maintenance, basic repairs and diagnostics, and parts changingExperience with lathes, drill presses, flame-cutting tables, line boring machines, welders, related materials, tooling, etc.Ability to plan, schedule, organize, and order supplies and materials.
