First Orion is seeking a talented Financial Analyst – Revenue assurance to join our team and work directly under the Senior Director of Finance. This dynamic and diverse role will work closely with the billing team to ensure accuracy of billing and appropriate cost of sales related to billing. The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in data integrity; ensuring all customer and partner reporting information is accurate.

What you'll be doing:

Analyze customer and partner agreements to understand pricing and related financial data. Prepare monthly statements for carriers and revenue partners. Calculate and record monthly cost of sales accurately and timely. Work with finance team to budget and forecast cost of sales based on revenue projections. Work with client relations and sales to complete service offering side by side analysis, contract renewals, pricing and value proposition analysis. Develop dashboards and financial reporting tools as needed for special projects and management. Other projects/reporting as requested by leadership. What you'll need:

Degree in accounting or finance 5+ years of related experience Technical knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, procedures, and financial reports Understanding of basic finance concepts and analytical methodologies Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) Ability to perform verbal and visual storytelling with data Self-starter able to work independently without constant supervision Strong verbal and written communication skills Bonus Points:
