Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a General Office Clerk in Tucson, Arizona. This role lies within the administrative industry, primarily focusing on customer service and data entry tasks. The successful candidate will be part of a team, providing support and assistance in a bustling office environment. Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries and provide prompt responses Schedule appointments and meetings as per requirements Undertake data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook for various administrative tasks Maintain customer credit records, ensuring they are up to date and accurate Provide administrative assistance, helping to keep the office organized and running smoothly Scan and organize files as necessary Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when needed.
