As a Machine Operator, you follow established procedures and guidelines to perform tasks as part of the production process. What We Offer 2/2/3 schedule $15.00 per hour, 1st shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM $16.00 per hour, 3rd shift, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM On-the-job training Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Opportunity for advancement Referral bonuses What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED (preferred) 6+ months of previous experience in machine operation Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Keen attention to detail Proactive self-starter who can work well without supervision Capacity to stand for the duration of the shift, work in varying temperatures and conditions (excessive hot/cold, dusty, dirty), bend, stoop, reach, and lift 50 pounds What You'll Do as a Machine Operator Work with senior IM team members to learn about daily pad quantities required and production methods involved Perform basic duties on the production line to ensure daily quotas are achieved Stack pads to prepare for forklift transport without being damaged Prepare pads for shipping Perform other duties as assigned
