We want your knowledge and expertiseJob Summary and QualificationsThe Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care activities to ensure safe and effective drug therapy through the provision of clinical pharmacy services. The Clinical Pharmacist delivers pharmaceutical care services by monitoring and intervening in therapeutics to provide optimum outcomes in a cost effective manner. The Clinical Pharmacist fulfills departmental responsibilities within the long-range plan, mission, vision and values of the hospital.What qualifications you will need:Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 60 months of employment start dateCurrent Tennessee Pharmacist License or eligible for licensureOne-year hospital experience or equivalent preferredDoctorate Degree, or Bachelors DegreeExcellent communication and computer skillsTriStar Centennial Medical Center is a 740+ bed comprehensive facility.
