Join to apply for the Sales Associate Store role at Maplefields At Stowe. **Position Description** As a Sales Associate/Cashier at Maplefields, you will be the front line in our relationship with our customer. Throughout your shift, you will be responsible for cashing out customers, assisting customers through the self-checkout process, and performing various tasks to ensure the store is well kept, fully stocked, and ready to satisfy every customer. You will also be responsible for properly monitoring and completing age-restricted sales. **Benefits available to full-time employees working 40 hours per week:** Paid vacation time Paid personal/sick time Paid holidays Health plan offering $0 deductible option Dental, vision, and supplemental insurance plans 401k plan Opportunity for advancement **Tasks and Responsibilities:** Greet all customers visiting your location in a timely and professional manner Multitask effectively and manage time efficiently Operate cash register, accept various payments, make change, and maintain proper cash levels; learn to close the register properly Maintain the coffee bar, ensuring coffee is full and hot Stock and maintain product levels Enhance store appearance and cleanliness Keep register area clean and free of trash and clutter Complete shift tasks assigned by management and handle unexpected tasks Perform general property maintenance (sweeping, weeding, shoveling, salting) Rotate stock to maintain freshness Operate a lottery terminal Ensure store close reports are printed and filed Prepare the store for busy periods like morning rush and lunch/afternoon rush Complete cleaning and stocking duties as needed during busy hours **Essential Characteristics:** Ability to work well individually and in a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Manage multiple projects simultaneously **Availability:** Shifts vary based on business needs. Schedules are flexible and will be discussed with your manager to align with your preferred hours.
