Job Summary: The Floor Technician will be responsible for polishing, maintaining, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of floors throughout the hospital. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent technical skills in floor maintenance, and a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness in a healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Floor Polishing and Maintenance: Perform routine and specialized floor polishing, buffing, and waxing to ensure floors are clean, shiny, and well-maintained. Cleaning: Operate and maintain various floor cleaning equipment, including scrubbers, buffers, and vacuum cleaners. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in accordance with hospital protocols.
