IKORs Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) garantiert das reibungslose Funktionieren von Unternehmenssoftware, indem wir SAP-Applikationen betreiben, warten und weiterentwickeln. Unsere Leistungen umfassen ITIL-konformes Service Desk- und Incident-Management für Interfaces, Prozesse und Applikationen sowie Prozess-Beratung und Entwicklung im SAP-Standard und individuell, entlang der Wertschöpfungskette. Aufgaben bei IKOR als SAP Signavio Consultant

Von Beginn an agierst du als Analyst, Berater und Projektdurchführer. Deine Verantwortung erstreckt sich auch auf die Umsetzung entwickelter Maßnahmen sowie die Überwachung ihres Erfolgs. Deine Aufgaben im Einzelnen: Implementierung und Konfiguration von SAP Signavio Lösungen Beratung unserer Kunden bezüglich der Prozessoptimierung und -digitalisierung Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen unter Verwendung geeigneter Tools sowie Methoden Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Fachabteilungen und IT Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen Anforderungen und Fähigkeiten

Du hast bereits Erfahrungen in einer beratenden Tätigkeit und bringst Erfahrung in Signavio oder BPMN oder Camunda mit. Außerdem zeichnet dich eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung aus. Im Detail bringst du mit: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP Signavio (oder vergleichbaren Process Mining Tool) und Erfahrung in der Beratung Erfahrungen in den SAP-Modulen FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM sind von Vorteil Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und BPM (Business Process Management) idealerweise im Banken- und Versicherungsumfeld Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung Analytische Fähigkeiten und lösungsorientiertes Denken Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Einen freundschaftlicher Umgang und Hilfsbereitschaft untereinander kannst du erwarten.
