At MCH, we are committed to improving the health and well-being of our community, and this role is essential to achieving that mission.As the Emergency Department Unit Coordinator at MCH, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Emergency Department. Your commitment to detail, organization, and compassionate patient care will make a meaningful impact. Here's an overview of your key responsibilities:Responsibilities:Patient Support: Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing compassionate and helpful assistance with scheduling, inquiries, and information dissemination.Administrative Efficiency: Manage office operations, including appointment scheduling, patient records, and office supplies.
