Position Description:

We are: We are a team of IT professionals with varying specialties who are passionate about finding innovative ways to use technology to keep our company competitive and forward leaning.

You are: A college student currently enrolled in a Bachelors program for Information Technology or Computer Science related field who is looking for real-world experience learning and growing as an IT professional in a high-paced corporate environment going through major technological upgrades and changes to best support our growing company.

Responsibilities:
    • Answer phone calls from users experiencing technology issues, log tickets and beginning troubleshooting.
    • Develop and conduct an inventory process covering computers and server equipment.
    • Provide OS upgrades to machines throughout the enterprise.
    • Assisting with server backup solutions.
    • Prepare new hardware for issues.
    • Conduct new user set up.
    • Possibly split time between two different sites within the metropolitan area
Required Qualifications:
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    • Familiar with MS Windows OS
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Critical Thinking
    • Time Management
    • Research and Analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
    • Understanding of network topology
    • Development of Technical Documentation
    • Windows server administration experience
