Litigation Associate

Our client's Orlando office is looking for an associate attorney with at least 3 years of experience in trial and complex litigation to join our Litigation Department. We are interested in candidates who have excelled academically, possess strong written and oral advocacy skills, demonstrate analytical aptitude, and have experience with deposition, discovery, motion practice, and trial proceedings.

This role involves assuming responsibility in a dynamic federal and state court litigation practice. We seek a proactive attorney with excellent judgment, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. The associate will collaborate closely with senior litigators who will provide mentoring and opportunities for client interaction. Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Florida.

• Minimum of three years of trial and complex litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Analytical aptitude with experience in deposition, discovery, motion practice, and trial proceedings.
• Ability to handle responsibility in federal and state court litigation.
• Florida BAR license required.
