We are currently seeking candidates to fill a Human Resources (HR) Generalist role. This position is responsible for supporting the organization by administering various human resources programs or policies within talent acquisition, community engagement, DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging), employee experience initiatives, internal communications, and compliance.

What will you do in this role?

  • Administer and support global Employee Engagement activities (Engagement surveys, events, rewards and recognition programs, etc.).
  • Lead and provide support global internal communications initiatives.
  • Maintain community partnerships with community organizations near our manufacturing plants within North America through the administration of the Philanthropy process and other community-related programs.
  • Support Flexcon's relationship with schools through activities such as an Internship program, attending career fairs to attract students, coordinating on-site tours, and more.
  • Support Recruiting Process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Support DEIB strategy and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws or regulations.
  • Participates in and drives various continuous improvement activities within the human resource department to support the culture of lean manufacturing and process improvement.
What does it take to be successful in this role?
  • Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant human resources or other experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
