Redapt - Sr Client Director - Full Portfolio

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Account Executive to help grow Redapt’s Enterprise sales business. As part of an entrepreneurial team in the rapidly growing tech industry, the Enterprise Sales Executive will help shape the future of Enterprise operations through on-premises, hybrid, and cloud solutions and services.
Position Summary:
As an Enterprise Sales Account Executive you will be responsible for reaching out to targeted accounts and growing greenfield territories. By advocating the power of our solutions and the breadth of technical expertise, you will collaborate with our practice teams to work opportunities through the full cycle. Using your business acumen and passion for technology, you will help organizations enhance their growth across infrastructure, applications, and data solutions. This may include prospecting, setting appointments with key decision makers, and qualifying needs around future cloud expansion initiatives. You will also be required to complete various training requirements focused on datacenter technologies in server, storage, networking, software, and other emerging fields.
Your Day to Day:
Drive opportunities and grow the Cloud Professional business in the US, as the Azure Cloud Professional Services, Cloud Resell and Managed Services seller.
Manage opportunities through the entire cycle simultaneously, working with internal practice & delivery teams as to meet client requirement, and serve as the primary customer contact for all opportunities.
Cultivate opportunities, drive sales, forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire portfolio of our services offerings.
Meet the services selling targets every quarter, while prioritizing a positive experience to customers and prospects.
Ability to build & nurture relationships and deliver results
Skills you’ll Bring with You:
You hold a Bachelors or Associates degree or equivalent work experience
Hunter Mentality
Showcase 2-5 years of proven sales technology success experience
You are a go-getter, entrepreneurial, and a self-starter who can work independently, create a pipeline and build out your network
You possess a high energy, outgoing personality, with a strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive “can-do” attitude via the phone and in person
You are a highly driven and competitive individual with a track record of solid achievement
Ability to manage multiple demands and shifting priorities
Demonstrated ability to cultivate new relationships and gain trust from key stakeholders
Technical Sales experience is a plus
How to Qualify:
10+ years of sales experience in technology (infrastructure, ISV, cloud, or consulting) and you hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
You have previous experience selling Microsoft Azure Solutions to enterprise customers.
Minimum 3+ years of experience selling Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS).
Strong track record of selling data, infrastructure or application development solutions in Multi-Cloud environment.
IT background with solution selling track record related to successful software implementation and application development projects.
Ability, confidence, and experience to communicate with C level clients.
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills required.
Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Established track record of selling large-scale projects data, infrastructure and app development projects to enterprise customers in Multi-Cloud Environment.
Travel:
Travel typically 25% or more with minimum of 5 overnights per month
