The Role

Your Role and Responsibilities:

This position requires consulting with enterprise clients and conducting technical and interpretive work in developing, designing, and/or analyzing technical solutions with a focus on Power BI, Dataverse, and related Azure services. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards utilizing multiple data sources E.G., Azure data lake, Excel, Dataverse, etc… Consult enterprise customers on best practices and guide projects to successful conclusions based on business goals Create and maintain documentation regarding created PowerBI efforts Create and demonstrate Proof of Concepts of PowerBI Participate in sales calls and and collaborate with sales team on scoping Work with Data, evaluate, build, and identify patterns; relate with business process and develop insights Build complex visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop Leverage Microsoft’s AI toolsets like CoPilot and Open AI Provide expertise and guidance on PowerBI, client projects, and industry trends Kyndryl currently does not require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, however, if you are hired to work at a client, customer, or partner location, you may be required to show proof of vaccination to align with their respective COVID-19 vaccination policies. Who You Are

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

Hands-on development experience in Microsoft Power BI tools. Understand the Microsoft and Azure ecosystem of supporting technologies and capabilities Understands Power BI deployment patterns and licensing Experience in the design and development of PowerBI dashboards, reports, business workflow, or other databases as the backend data storage model Have knowledge of database fundamentals such as multidimensional database design, relational database design, and more Be experienced in tools and systems on the MS SQL Server BI Stack, including SSRS and T-SQL, Power Query, MDX, PowerBI and DAX Exposure to Data Modelling techniques, Data Security/Privacy principles Having DevOps tools exposure towards Azure DevOps, Git is a plus Good documentation, troubleshooting skills and data profiling knowledge Recommended experience:

Experience in XLAs, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate Familiarity with HTML 5, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript & JSON Experience working in fast-paced and agile sprint-based development Familiarity with daily scrums and comfortable working closely with leads, scrum masters, architects, and product owners to provide timely status updates

This position is fully remote and the anticipated compensation range for the position $123,740 to $296,980 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
