The Customer Service Associate (CSA) is the first point of contact for customers at the Banking Center. CSAs assist with processing transactions, answering customer inquiries, and providing information on the bank's loan and deposit products. They are responsible for delivering excellent customer service and making referrals to other bank personnel when needed. Preferred availability is Monday to Friday, 7:45 a.m. - 5:45 p.m. and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. - Noon.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and communicate effectively.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions.
- Answer customer questions and provide guidance on financial services.
- Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
- Cross-sell bank products and services.
- Identify suspicious activity and refer to the appropriate team.
- Address customer concerns and provide timely, professional resolutions.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and bank policies

Working hours: 7:45 AM - 5:45 PM

Skills:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Experience in cash handling.
- Sales experience or ability to identify and refer potential sales opportunities.
- Associate degree or higher education is preferred.

Education:
High School

Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work with the public.
- Proficient in basic math, cash handling, and maintaining accuracy in transactions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Intermediate to expert computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and critical thinking.
- Ability to meet individual and team goals, while learning and following banking regulations.
- Professional attitude, appearance, and ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
- Ability to work during banking center hours and perform physical tasks (e.g., standing, bending, lifting).
