Job Summary Under moderate supervision of the Senior Accounting Manager, the Accountant III will be responsible for performing a broad range of accounting duties including reconciling and analyzing a variety of balance sheet accounts. The Accountant III will have knowledge in Accounting and will have the ability to apply standard principles, theories, concepts and techniques. Duties And Responsibilities

Preparing and reviewing account analysis/reconciliations and related journal entries. Prepare bank reconciliations for numerous accounts. Understanding and documenting process flows. Researching and documenting accounting transactions. Solid working knowledge of GAAP. Perform related duties as assigned by Manager. Qualifications

Minimum 3-4 years accounting experience. Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable, but not required. Experience using an ERP/GL system preferred (Infor’s LN general ledger system a plus). Experience with FAS fixed asset system a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Possesses strong math aptitude, work accurately with numbers, good organization skills and ability to efficiently operate standard office equipment. Strong analytical ability and thorough understanding of computer systems and accounting principles. Must be detail oriented. Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels. Requires a team player who can also work with minimal supervision. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred. CPA desirable, but not required.
