This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. They are also expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Customer Service Specialists aim to deliver excellent customer service while meeting the stores sales goals. Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. Access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company conducts criminal history reviews to protect its operations, reputation, and safety of customers, staff, and vendors. The selected individual will work at Store #2018, located at: 187 Waynesville Plaza, Waynesville, NC 28786. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future Valid, unrestricted Drivers License Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation Willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service Experience selling paint and related products Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment Ability to communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish SHWSales Responsibilities: Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products Build trust relationships with customers Process sales transactions accurately Achieve sales goals regularly Maintain work order files and formulas Pull products from sales floor or warehouse Tint and mix products per customer specifications Stock shelves and set up displays Clean store equipment Load and unload delivery trucks Assist with deliveries as needed Maintain in-stock and presentable areas Stay knowledgeable about products and options Follow inventory procedures Suggest sales improvements #J-18808-Ljbffr
