The role
To act as an efficient and effective first point of contact to support customers with all service requests and inquiries;
To fulfill the position of order administration, operations & logistics accurately;
As member of the Latin American Sales Team, you provide excellent service on issues related to subscriptions, products and repairs.
Your responsibilities
Customer Support to exceed customer expectations;
Order processing of our products;
Administration of rentals;
Handling & maintenance of partner accounts, portals, and web shop;
Track status of ordering;
Manage questions on stock levels;
Manage lead times;
Coordination of shipping and delivery of products throughout the Americas.
Your profile
Higher Vocational Education, preferably in the business curriculum;
Analytical skills;
Technical affinity;
Excellent communication skills in both English- and Spanish (Verbally and written is mandatory);
Customer focused, pro-active, result oriented a decisive;
Proven track record in similar roles (either Inside Sales, Customer Services, or call center);
Able to work occasionally on weekends during sport events (one weekend per month);
You live in Atlanta, Georgia.
