We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Site Administrator. As a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our site. This is a crucial role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties and responsibilities:
Communicate with all site employees to resolve any issues.
Ensure employees are equipped with the right tools.
Ensure employees are adequately trained.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Supervise staff recordings and divide project responsibilities to ensure performance.
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and order entry.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, mail and packages.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Maintain office supplies and inventory.
Submit timely reports and communicate constantly.
Job Requirements and skills:
Former work experience in office administration or relevant field.
Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with IT systems.
Applicant must be bilingual (Spanish-English)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with office management procedures and office management software.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
