Our Quality Care Clerks are responsible for tracking the completion of referrals, diagnostic tests, and laboratory tests within the quality department, in order to improve patient health outcomes. Tracks the completion of labs, diagnostic tests, and specialist referrals.Contacts patients to develop plan for completing recommended tests and referrals.Identifies patient barriers for completion of recommended evaluations and refers to appropriate resources.Educate patients about rescheduling procedures and the importance of completing tests and referrals.Although each position has its own unique duties and responsibilities, please refer to the policy on Job Descriptions for details that apply to every position.REQUIREMENTS- High School graduate or GED- Data entry or tracking systems experience desirable.- Previous medical experience preferred
