Were looking for a Maintenance Planner to join our lumber mill located in Ackerman, Mississippi.Southeastern Timber Products (STP) produces forest products for customers nationally so they can build their homes and their communities.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum two years experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in Forestry industry.
• Working knowledge of safety, health and environmental rules, laws, and requirements.
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret business and technical documents
• Ability to write reports and present information effectively
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation and effective communication, organizational and time management skills.
• May require working some weekends

Your workday will look something like this:

• The focus will be on building and maintaining a strong maintenance plan and delegating and scheduling work orders to achieve cost-effective results in accordance with machine PMs to optimize their performance.
• A key part of this role will be to plan out the daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance work functions.
• Participate in initiatives to improve maintenance efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance equipment reliability (e.g., vibration analysis systems)
