We are seeking an experienced sales associate to join our Retail Team. Pay is negotiable based on experience and location. Job Summary: The Sales Lead / Key holder will be responsible for supporting the Store Leadership Team by completing cash-register operations, opening and closing procedures, and acting as sales floor lead. This position is also responsible for full array of inventory management duty. You will represent the brand, operate in a professional manner, engage customers, maintain store standards, and support teamwork and employee development. Locations: Cherry Creek Mall Qualifications: · Minimum 3 years’ retail sales experience in Specialty, gift or luxury goods or comparable retail environment. · Proficient in Social Media Marketing and In-Store Event Management · Demonstrate passion for excellent customer service and experiential retail. · Strong Leadership qualities and the ability to communicate effectively with in all levels within the organization · Proficient in inventory management Physical Requirements · Available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings, weekends and holidays · Standing for extended period of time · Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and bend/stretch to stock shelves · Comfortable climbing ladder *This job description is not all-inclusive.
