We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for immediate hire tojoin our Bensalem, PA team. This position requires a person that can multi-task, be well organized, and be able to effectively communicate with our vendors, customers, and management team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist the accounting department with invoicing
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable processing
  • Preparing and reconciling bank deposits and statements and research discrepancies
  • Reviewing vendor invoices and applying to proper jobs
  • Maintain general filing systems
REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong work ethic and an initiative-taking attitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and comfortable learning latest programs
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and pressure.
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalency
