Position Summary:

Charlotte's Coffee House is seeking a skilled and versatile Culinary and Beverage Specialist to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role integrates the responsibilities of a Barista and Line Cook/Prep Cook, ensuring the delivery of exceptional food and beverage services. The ideal candidate will oversee kitchen operations, prepare high-quality menu items, and contribute to an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute opening and closing procedures for the kitchen and caf to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare consistent, high-quality food and beverages promptly, adhering to established recipes and safety protocols.
  • Manage food orders and inventory and maintain proper storage and sanitation standards.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization across all kitchen and caf areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and ensuring their satisfaction, including crafting and serving various beverages.
  • Accurately handle cash transactions and assist with inventory management tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Friendly and approachable, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to efficiently prioritize tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all workspaces.
