ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES: Endoscope Scope Reprocessing Technician * Reprocessing of all endoscopy equipment following strict adherence to manufacturer instructions for use and infection control & prevention guidelines. This will include manual cleaning, high-level disinfection, drying, and proper scope storage. * Maintain a record of endoscopes sent out for repair. * Perform routine maintenance on reprocessing equipment * Clean & disinfect all used beds with disinfectant and change linen. * Keep accurate records of reprocessing of equipment * Filing and purging of patient charts & other clerical tasks as needed.
