This position is responsible for providing excellent parts sales and support to a broad range of customers from start to finish of each transaction. Duties include:

* Conducting exceptional customer service over the phone, face to face, and via email

* Taking parts orders accurately and helping customers decipher parts issues (such as part numbers, quantities, sourcing freight, timeliness, etc.)

* Work overtime as needed

* Participate in on-call rotation schedule

* Other duties as assigned

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

* High school graduate or equivalent

* At least 2 years experience in a hands-on customer service position

* Previous experience in a heavy equipment/parts/industrial work environment preferred

* Strong mechanical aptitude helpful

* Excellent computer skills

* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment

* Work as part of a team to achieve department and company goals

* Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills

* Professional communication skills

* Positive, outgoing personality

* Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
