Our leadership team is devoted to maintaining a supportive and compassionate work environment. **Qualifications:** + 3 + year(s) as an RVT in a Specialty hospital + Must have proven specialty/emergency RVT skills Supervisory duties will include: + Team training, development, and support + Implementing department policies and procedure + Scheduling staff and conducting team meetings + Accurately handling and recording controlled drugs + Record keeping + Marketing + Facility maintenance + HR conversations As Technician Supervisor, you are committed to maintaining a healthy work environment where all associates are elevated, empowered, and enjoy what we do.
