Short Description:

Responsible for enhancing, supporting, and maintaining an application within the Cooper Health System. Troubleshoots, researches and solves technically challenging problems involving integrated systems. Specifically working with Epic Cadence/Prelude and Decision Trees and MyChart. Design, Optimize and Build Decision Trees for an online scheduling solution.
Build and Support of the companys overall digital transformation strategy and roadmap
Review existing internal business processes and identify areas of improvement
Assist with the development of new digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and improve service level.
Champion the digital transformation tools and conduct training to relevant departments within the organization.
Experience with implementation, upgrade, and optimization work.
Attention to detail, and experience with Agile/Scrum are preferred.
Ability to work in a matrixed team environment.

Experience Required:

5-10 years experience required

Epic Cadence and Prelude Certification and Decision Tree Badge required MyChart preferred
Experience with online scheduling design and implementation preferred

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred

5 years of relevant application business experience required in lieu of Bachelors Degree

Special Requirements:

Application-specific system certification required
