Key Responsibilities: * Completing evaluation and assessment for patients with mental health disorders. * Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management, therapy, and crisis intervention. * Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. * Provide education to patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options and wellness strategies. * Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records. * Attends all site and organizational meetings and maintains a physical presence in the assigned administration office. * Other duties as assigned. Ideal Candidates Will Have: * State of Ohio licensure and nursing degree (APRN degree) and completion of an accredited Master's program. * Board eligible/certified * DEA * Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in mental health Expectations: * Uphold One Health Ohio's core values and policies. * Communicate openly with supervisors and colleagues. * Maintain a positive and respectful attitude in all interactions. * Exhibit flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing tasks.
