responsibilities:

  • Develop procedures and collect/report data.

  • Provide Quality Systems training.

  • Handles qualification audits of suppliers of purchased items and services.

  • Assures audited activities meet our quality program, and Client quality requirements.

  • Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.

  • Promotes safety awareness including adhering to safety rules and requirements.

  • Participates, as needed, in safety field audits and assessments.

  • Verifies that ours and our customers' quality requirements are in compliance with quality standards and quality program requirements for products and services provided.
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or Quality discipline or related field (or equivalent work experience) and

  • Typically 8+ years of related work experience in the field of Quality.

  • Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equal) , ASQ Certification (CMQ/OE, CQA, CQE) or other related certifications.
