Refuse Loader

Work for the Council Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are working in partnership with a local council to provide Refuse Loaders on a temporary basis. This job involves working outside in all weathers, walking and lifting for up to 10 hours per day. Job role responsibilities: Working with the team, loading and unloading waste bins Ensuring bins are emptied in a safe and controlled manner Very physical role walking as much as 20k steps a day About You: Looking for immediate work Can drive and is able to commute to the yard for 5:45 am Looking for early starts and potential early finish (task and finish) Physically fit and happy to work in all weather conditions Have own PPE (safety boots and hi viz) Hours and pay: £11.44 per hour Weekend availability paid at overtime rate Time and a half Saturday and Double time Sunday Shifts run from Tuesday to Friday 5:45 am to 3 pm Full training will be provided and an induction must be completed prior to starting.
