The Pool Supervisor will supervise, train, and inspect the performance of the pool staff, ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards. S/he will assist where necessary to ensure optimum customer service to guests. The Pool Supervisor assists guests with aquatic needs and supplies. The Pool Supervisor is a champion in Customer Service and Guest/Member relations. In addition, the Pool Supervisor performs special projects for the Wellness Staff without disrupting any of the daily functions of the pool, hotel, or disturbing guests. Provides sincere service through actions that display self-confidence, grace, and courtesy to guests and colleagues. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree in physical education, exercise science, or a related field is preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred. Technical proficiency (basic computer applications). Strong organizational and time management discipline. Understanding of Spa and Wellness. Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively. Operate effectively in stressful situations. Ability to multi-task. Ability to adapt to changing guest needs.
