full-time staff engineer

to join their team. The ideal candidate

is willing to grow within the company, building on strong foundational skills, with the long-term goal of earning the Professional Engineering license.

Learn from and be mentored by some of the best engineers in this field

Develop theoretical models of Radio frequency conditions near wireless and broadcast facilities using their proprietary software

Work with engineers from wireless providers to develop antenna facility designs

Conduct field measurements at wireless and broadcast sites

Perform acoustic noise analyses

Interact with clients from a variety of backgrounds

Attend community meetings and public hearings as a technical expert

Work on multiple, fast-paced projects

Desired qualifications

BS in Engineering, Electrical preferred, with emphasis in antennas and wireless telecommunications

Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and drive to learn and grow into a leadership role

Good technical writing skills, good oral presentation skills

Self-starter capable of working independently as well as collaboratively

Wireless coverage measurement

Acoustic noise prediction and measurement

Broadcast signal prediction, measurement, and improvement
