Pharmacist Clinical Specialist Oncology Full Time Days

Job Description:The Clinical Oncology Pharmacist has an active role in patient outcome initiatives including Drug Utilization Evaluation (DUE), ADR reporting, therapeutic drug monitoring, and identifying potential drug interactions or allergies. The Clinical Oncology Pharmacist contributes to quality improvement programs that result in safe and effective use of medications and support the development of evidence-based practices for the oncology patient. As part of our team, you will also assist in training new pharmacy staff, provide mentorship to pharmacy residents and students, and participate in educational activities related to oncology pharmacy practice. Relocation funds are available for this position.Requirements:Graduate of an accredited college of Pharmacy with PharmDKentucky Pharmacist Registration or eligibility.PGY1 and PGY2 Residency training with oncology specialty preferred.Will consider a PGY1 plus five years' experience practicing at least 80% of the time in Oncology in lieu of PGY2.
