no later than Friday, August 9, 2024 . Applicants will be invited on the basis of résumé screening. All positions will begin in the 2024-2025 concert season. The Illinois Symphony Orchestra is a per-service regional orchestra. These are per-service positions, and the 2024-2025 season rates are $110.40 for Principal, $101.20 for Associate Principal, and $92.00 for Section. Additional compensation includes travel reimbursement and housing accommodations. All persons hired will be required to verify identity and U.S. work eligibility and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. Members of the Illinois Symphony Orchestra are members of Local 301 of the American Federation of Musicians.
