Reporting Compliance Analyst

System One is actively seeking a Reporting Compliance Analyst for a short-term contract position working fully remote.

Reporting Compliance Analyst Responsibilities:

Pulling reports out of the system.

Filtering between the reports to look at vendors' accounts, helping the vendors to get them in compliance.

Reviewing and approving reports vendors submit.

Ensuring that all vendors are in compliance.

Data Analytics reading out status on where at

Interact with contractors to get them through the steps of compliance, and drive them along.

Working with 8 team members.

Will be working with both Internal and external customers

Reporting Compliance Requirements:

Must be tech savvy

Advanced skills analyzing data, data management

3 years of experience analyzing data and data management

Safety or compliance background

Advanced skills with Excel (vlookups).

Nice to have skills:

Safety certification OSHA 30, CSHT, SiteDocs, Veriforce, Associate Degree (data management, safety, compliance), utility experience, construction experience.

Contract Duration: 2-months

Location: Fully Remote

Hourly Pay Rate: $30.00/hr.
