Food Server/Lane Referee Job Expectations

Responsible for providing friendly, engaging, and memorable service to every guest. Must always be a TEAM player. Explain the rules of Fowling and answer any questions that may arise from our guest during their visit. Provide food and beverage options for guest to consider. Take guest food and beverage order and enter in POS. Keep the tables and lanes clean and organized throughout shift. Secure payment for all checks and process checks through the POS in a timely manner. Preform opening and closing duties as assigned. Assist other team members with various duties throughout the shift. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Should be able to lift 25 pounds. Must following all Fowling Warehouse DFW policies and procedures. Have TABC and Food Handlers certification.

Requirements:
*Current TABC License

*Current Food Handlers certification
