Our Newest Opportunity:

The Senior Financial Consultant will play a key role in client retention and will be the strategic financial partner to the Benefit Consultant and client.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partners and collaborates with the Benefits Consultant on client deliverables
  • Creates and presents exhibits for quarterly and annual client meetings
  • May assist the Benefit Consultant with carrier negotiation process
  • Partners with Stop Loss Center of Excellence, Pharmacy Team, and National Reporting and Analytics Team
  • Use carrier, vendor, pharmacy, and Springbuk data to analyze plan trends and utilization. Identifies opportunities for plan design and product changes, based upon observed utilization patterns
  • Drafts and reviews cost projections
  • Analyzes industry benchmarks and provides information for the client to show their competitiveness in the industry.
  • Participate in prospect meetings and site visits as requested
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
Education, Training and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area;
  • Three to six years of experience in a similar financial position;
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Experience with employee benefits required
  • Must be detail oriented, accurate and have the ability to prioritize and complete tasks within a given time frame


Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
