**The Opportunity** Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a seasonal Senior Club Supervisor to join our team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Senior Club Supervisor you will lead a team of attendants, ensuring our luxury clubs are clean, stocked, and ready for game day. All team members receive benefits including: + Weekly pay + Employee assistance program + Training and development opportunities + Employee discounts + Flexible work schedules Eligible team members may also receive: health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, and tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement. **Responsibilities** + Train team members and assign duties, evaluate and document job performance + Ensure all food and beverage is prepared properly and meets quality and safety standards + Maintain level of inventory throughout shift and order replacement stock as necessary + Enforce company cash handling procedures and investigate any money and inventory discrepancies + Resolve any guest or team member issues that arise + Coordinate and supervise team members and volunteer group members + Lead team members in all aspects of setup on non-game days, including stocking, cleaning, ordering product and conducting inventory as items are delivered + Comply with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol, sanitation, payroll, and employment + Perform other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in front-of-house restaurant or food service position, in a high volume environment is required + Previous experience with a point-of-sale (POS) system required + Excellent guest service skills + Strong time management and organizational skills + Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high pressure environment + Good communication and training skills; ability to teach others as well as delegate tasks + Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory + No college degree required **Physical Requirements** + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for set-up, service, and clean up of clubs area + Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as needed **Shift Details** Day shift Holidays Monday to Friday Weekends Overtime as needed Event based Evenings as needed **Who We Are** Delaware North operates concessions and premium dining at EverBank Stadium since dating back to 2016.
