The Warehouse Manager combines strategic thinking, leadership abilities, and financial acumen to help the company reach its short and long-term delivery and OTIF goals. A successful Area Manager oversees all daily Logistics and Material Handling operations within the facility to maximize business development and efficiency. Responsibilities (included, but not limited to): Proactively strategize and oversee material management and shipping and receiving dock operations. Skillfully lead, coach, evaluate, and develop all staff members to enhance performance and propel organizational growth. Demonstrate a commitment to enforcing established safety, quality, and delivery policies and initiatives while ensuring accountability across the organization. Thoroughly analyze system reports to pinpoint performance gaps and proactively drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with support teams, leveraging established company practices to enhance overall efficiency. Lead the team in creating and maintaining a precise physical inventory of all raw materials and components utilized in production. Empower the team with the necessary tools and resources to efficiently carry out material management activities, ensuring impeccable product presentation and integrity. Maintain compliance with local labor agreements and adeptly resolve day-to-day union issues. Schedule, coordinate, and manage local carrier and freight vendors to support 100% OTIF delivery. Actively acknowledge the team’s achievements and boost morale. Demonstrate TOG’s Core Values in all aspects of the job. Core competencies & Qualifications:

BA/BS in business, logistics, or related field or equivalent preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience leading a material management support capability (Automotive experience preferred) Ability to demonstrate Integrity and Humility in every situation. Must be able to solve simple and complex operational and/or people problems. Demonstrate a solid understanding and proficiency in using various Microsoft Office applications. Proven leadership abilities through empowering others, fostering growth, and achieving collective success.
