We have a great contract opportunity for an Onsite Recruitment Coordinator in Paris, IL Our client is looking for an Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to join thier dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the recruitment efforts at our Paris, IL manufacturing plant by coordinating and managing all aspects of the onsite recruitment process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

salary: $31.25 - $33.65 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

•Coordinate onsite interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
•Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.

•Coordinate onsite recruitment events, including job fairs and open houses.
•Prepare and set up interview rooms and materials.

•Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout their plant visits.
•Foster positive relationships with candidates to enhance the employer brand.

• Spend time out in the community to promote our employer brand and build relationships with
local schools and organizations that can connect us with talent.
•Distribute flyers, yard signs and other advertising tools.

•Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials,
scheduling orientation sessions, and facilitating new hire paperwork.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into
their roles.

•Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless
coordination of recruitment and onboarding activities.
•Provide administrative support as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

•Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
•Proven experience in recruitment coordination or administrative support, preferably in a fast-paced
environment.
•Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

•Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
