  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 hours daily 1st shift, 6am to 2:30pm
Description:
  • Job summary: Depending on assignment, successful candidates may do any of the following duties:
  • Confirm daily order shipments and match orders with delivery tags.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating job site deliveries and production order flow, ensuring safe and on-time pickup and delivery.
  • Distribute and slot tickets as required.
  • Provide customer service and support to customers via the phone and email, as well as will-call.
  • Communicate customer service needs with drivers, sales, and operations.
    Update scheduling database with ticket details.
Preferred Experience/Requirements:
  • Solid customer service background
  • Answering a high volume of calls from Drivers, Customers, and Sales Team
  • Logistics or transportation experience
  • 2+ years of basic computer skills, with ability to be trained on company software
Other important qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive outgoing attitude
  • Self-motivated, goal-orientated, excellent work habits
  • Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Promote and maintain a TEAM atmosphere
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE USING 10-KEY* (by site preferred)
  • Must be willing to submit to oral drug test and criminal background check prior to start

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
